Why Tutorials never goes Viral on YouTube?

Should tutorials go VIRAL on youtube? I believe that most of times there are nicely made tutorials out there but they do not go viral at all, so I ask WHY? I do make Tutorials on how to install opensource applications on ZPX server, and I do not see so much demand as I believe I was going to have, well that means I need to figure out why!!!
