How to: Installing LAMP server on my laptop

I just installed a copy of LAMP.. Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP on my old laptop for development purpose running Ubuntu 15.10. Join me as I install it. I have also installed phpmyadmin to facilitate the creation of mysql databases and users.
Simple and easy to use instructions.
